Diving into Python with GTK, Glade and Glet
What do I really do in my free time? Well it’s not like I’m some kind of nerd learning programming languages; I do have a life after all. Python is impressing me in so many ways that it’s hard not to get sucked in.
It’s probably the first time I’ve looked at other programming language, I’m not really a programmer, and I’m personally getting tired of PHP. Sad fact is that I’m working on a blog software written in PHP called Applemint, but I’m thinking of moving it to Django once I learn Python. I guess I need to finish the PHP version first before moving on, leaving things unfinished is bad after all.
Now to stick with the title, after snooping around I found a fountain of information about PyGTK, PyGlet and so on. Building a GUI, how to make applications and so on. Yea, you probably know what I mean.
